diaphragm pump principle

The vital components described in our last post contribute to Tapflo’s simple, but efficient working principle. The diaphragm pump is driven by compressed air, which is distributed behind the diaphragms by the air valves.

The diaphragms are connected by a diaphragm shaft and are pushed back and forth when the air valve system cycles and pressurizes the air chambers. This enables the diaphragms to prime and push the liquid through the pump system.
