The user, a company from New Zealand, wanted to eliminate the pump pressure fluctuations, ensuring a gentle flow of the media while avoiding system vibration for transferring CIP chemicals at dairies.
Please note that built-on pulsation dampener provides better dampening due to fully in line construction, which means the pump outlet is at the same time dampener outlet. It’s worth to mention that built-on dampener can be implemented in already existing pumps, just by replacing pump outlet with DTKpulsation dampener.
